44th Artevento Cervia International Kite Festival
From April to May, come down to our beaches, between the pine forest and the sea, to experience this colourful spectacle for yourself. You will be joined by more than 250 amazing artists of the air, the finest acrobatic kite pilots and more than 2,000 fans and enthusiasts who come together to call for peace and celebrate the environment.
Because as well as keeping alive this ancient skill, the Kite Festival is also a celebration of imagination and the brotherhood of people, the kites representing a symbol of peace, creativity and love of the environment.
What better venue could there be than the beautiful golden sands of our beaches, where every day you can watch the colourful and creative kites take flight in acrobatic displays set to music, alongside exhibitions, insights, and workshops. When the sun goes down, the kites are lit up to create spectacular night time displays that shine like the stars.
