The traditions and culture of our region are still very important to us. Leave behind the busy seaside resorts and head inland, where you will discover a tranquil area dotted with typical Italian villages notable for their forts, citadels, and splendid mediaeval castles.
A visit to San Marino is a must, the world’s smallest and oldest republic which offers incredible views and scenery. Or there is magnificent Ravenna, with its churches and basilicas which are home to precious Byzantine mosaics.

Bertinoro
